At the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, located in the extreme north of Colombia, COOAGRONEVADA took the initiative to recover the old native cacao trees in the area. Their vision was to create an ecological and sustainable environment, through quality products, resulting in a better life for rural people – many of whom are women. Its organic cocoa brings creaminess with notes of cherry and coffee.

We combine this cocoa with specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by the hands of Diogo Amorim. The contrast between the rich, smooth taste of milk chocolate and the fresh bitterness of medium-light roasting, with the crunchy texture of coarsely ground coffee, provide the perfect balance and gradual complexity in the mouth. It is a very glamorous chocolate, where you can appreciate two Colombian jewels, cocoa and coffee, in a single chocolate bar.
