White Chocolate 45% + Azores Milk

The Azores archipelago is located in the northeast of the Atlantic Ocean, about 2000km west of the Iberian Peninsula. The land is volcanic and the climate mild, with Atlantic rain that irrigates its pastures all year round. These natural conditions provide exceptional quality in the Azorean milk.

FEITORIA DO CACAO has produced an original recipe of white chocolate to enhance the Azorean’s unique milk flavour by combining natural cocoa butter with a very low amount of sugar. Without flavouring or emulsifiers (like all the chocolates of our brand). Sweet but balanced, you can appreciate the richness and the pure taste of the Azorean Milk in a chocolate bar shape.

This chocolate would also make great pairing with coffee, intense black / green tea.
